About Rural Business Incubation Centre (RuBIC), RGU
The NABARD-assisted Rural Business Incubation Centre at Rajiv Gandhi University (RuBIC, RGU) in Doimukh was established through a collaboration between the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) and RGU. Its primary goal is to promote impactful start-ups by creating a supportive entrepreneurial ecosystem for the youth in rural areas. RuBIC RGU stands out as one of Arunachal Pradesh's pioneering incubation centres focused on directly assisting agricultural and rural start-ups. Nestled in a tranquil and verdant campus, the centre offers a peaceful learning environment, away from the noise and pollution of urban centres. The establishment of RGU RuBIC aims to enhance and strengthen the start-up landscape in the agriculture and rural sectors, which hold the potential to significantly improve the lives of rural communities. RuBIC seeks to position itself as a key catalyst for rural development by fostering entrepreneurship, making it the first of its kind in Arunachal Pradesh.
